Each student has a green or take-home folder.  It has two pockets.  One is labeled "Keep at Home."  Your child will put any notes intended for you in that pocket of their folder.  The other side, labeled "Return to School," should have your child's assignment sheet, their homework, and any additional work support given for that week.  Please do not remove these items from the folder.  They need them everyday.

Homework:

If there is a discrepancy between the homework on this website and your child's assignment sheet, he/she should do the homework written down in class.

Water Bottles:

Students may keep a water bottle on their desk during the school year.  Please provide one with a pop top closure or a St. Martin's water bottle sold in the school store labeled with their name.  Both types prevent a flood of water when knocked over.
Students will bring home their water bottles every Friday to be washed.

Returning E-mails:

Please be aware that I will respond to e-mails either before the start of the school day or after dismissal time. If you need to contact me about a change in your child's schedule/dismissal information or due to an emergency please call the school and leave a message with Ms. Woodward. She will be sure to pass the message to me in a timely manner.

School Fusion:

Anyone may view our class page.  In order to be notified of updates in homework, announcements, or calendar items, you must request to join this website.  You will set your own user name and password.  If you have any further questions, please contact me.
